What are the keys to collaboration across traditional boundaries? What traditional boundaries? If I knew what they were, I'd probably follow them.

What talents or resources do you bring to this community? Design in its most elemental sense: the ways in which intention, information, ideas, materials, and processes make new things.

Dream partnerships: Which people, organizations, or industry sectors would you or your organization most want to partner with? Since the traditional construction industry is so slow to change and adapt to new geometries and materials, we would love to partner with the automotive and boating manufacturing sectors. They have a high degree of technical and material expertise combined with developing low-volume tooling technology. After being invited on the DaimlerChrysler online Design , but found they were much more ready to feed off our work then they were willing to let us feed from theirs. The next tier out—the smaller-scale manufacturing-- is hungrier, more agile, and more inventive.
